James 2: 16-17

And one of you says to them "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. NKJV.

Mission Statement

The Cherokee Baptist Association (AL) Carpenters for Christ exists for on-mission Christians to demonstrate their faith through work and service in assisting churches to build new buildings that will further the Kingdom of God and for the salvation of souls.
Carpenters for Christ is a non-denominational, nonprofit, volunteer organization composed of Christian men and women who volunteer their time and talents in the construction of facilities used for worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Some are called to go, some are called to give, all are called to pray.

Saturday June 5, 2016 Carpenters for Christ began construction of a 60x84 worship center for Warrenton Community Church in Warrenton Missouri. The Carpenters for Christ mission was to "complete the metal building framework with wood" and have it ready for drywall installation and finish work by CFC groups to follow.
